Kinesiology – the art of healing

Healing with intuitive kinesiology fast tracks many health issues and more importantly awakens in those being   tested more awareness and subsequently more potential for health transformation.

Using kinesiology is fast and potent and is able to locate the many hidden unconscious blocks we cannot see that undermine our choices and wellbeing.

It only takes moments to check and address many acute and chronic health issues because the matrix used to test with is on such a deep and profound level. When using kinesiology the tester holds a clear point of intention and so the tester cannot manipulate the outcome or the result as the person being tested will not respond or co-operate if the intention is not clear or ethical.

For example, when testing a client recently, I was able to locate three key points needed to solve a chronic hayfever issue. So I lined up the structure and provided a kidney herbal remedy along with information on proper hydration and the body then tested strong to any previous weakness to allergens causing the hayfever. And I quickly cleared the emotions. There are many emotional tecnniques that I use to dissolve the ‘stuck’ emotions, such as a computerised device called the Nutri Energetics System, flower essences, and other techniques for releasing emotions, which I specialise in.

‘Positivity’ – The missing ingredient

‘Positivity’ is just like the prime missing ingredient in a good recipe.

Think about it – how many positive people do you know?  How often do you hear positive communication on TV or radio, and in printed media?  When things go wrong its easy to automatically feel negative and angry.  The focus switches to the negative, but imagine if you could simply re-program your response to being positive everytime.  Sound far-fetched or impossible?  We are ‘creatures of habit’ and we are drawn to what is familiar, even if this means negative behaviour or beliefs.

So, how do you re-program yourself to having positive responses?

  1. Catch yourself speaking and acting negatively and ‘STOP!’ It will seem uncomfortable at first as the familiar response is to give attention to the negative.
  2. Then, turn your attention to only positive thoughts about the situation.  (A part of you will be screaming against this, but, hey, you’re the one in control – not that screaming thing that will try to make you squirm and feel really uncomfortable for not doing what ‘it’ wants.)
  3.  Now see the end result the way you would like the situation to turn out.
  4. Hold that positive thought and bring it to your thoughts often.
  5.  Lace the positive vision with a positive emotion like happiness, love, or humour.  In other words, think of something you like, love or what makes you laugh with plenty of good humour.

We are bombarded daily with negative communication, so it has become ‘natural’ to act and think negatively.  This is a form of social conditioning because negativity sells in the media, and we may have subconsciously adopted this negativity. It is easy, however,  to focus on the positive and become familiar with this train of thought.  This just requires a little more focus, observation, and mind direction.

In general, people have become addicted to drama, and in a numb and insensitive society the proliferation of soap dramas and sitcom seem to be the dominant type of external stimulation.  This numbing down of society creates many problems within a society and is a subtle form of manipulation through media and governments.  It’s just good to be aware of this, so you can then make a choice about what direction you really want to move in.  Doing nothing means sliding in the direction someone or other people want you to go.  Doing something means you’re the driver and the one in control of your life.

Positive expression – and  feeling good – opens up a lot of potential fulfilling situations, new possibilities and the door to your tremendous creative energy.  Don’t doubt it.

Part Two: The art of meditation for the busy western mind

In part two we explore the benefits and simplicity of meditating while active which is why it is called active meditation.

Meditation stills the mind and so automatically has huge benefits for health and longevity as well as enhancing your work skills and other skills like sport or performing. Meditation lowers hypertension, minimizes cadio vascular disease problems, relaxes the nervous system and brian where many psychosymatic problems originate. Headaches are lessened so too is tension and anxiety, and even depression and chronic fatigue issues.

Active meditation is perfect for the busy western lifestyle but it must be balanced with moments of passive meditation.

To actively meditate is to simply practice bringing your mind into focus on what it is you are doing. Lets say your doing the dishes, in most cases your mind would wander to many thoughts while standing there doing such a mundane process. However the moment you focus on the job it brings you present and stillness comes in. Imagine feeling the temperature of the water, the suds on your fingers and the texture of the plate and the weight of the glass as you lift it out of the sink. This form of focus is active meditation and is very healing and relaxing.

Another example is when you are walking or driving; bring your focus to only your feet meeting the ground and sense the body and any tension and stiffness as you walk. Listen to sounds around you or even better listen to the silence behind the sound which is always present. Every time the mind wanders off some where else bring it back to one or more of those physical sensations and presto your meditating and being present.

When you are in this state for more then 30 seconds the nervous system via the brain sends relaxing chemicals to the body.

If you are driving do the same thing; practice by sensing your hands on the steering wheel, your posture in the seat or the sound of the music on the radio and allow your focus to dwell on this without effort. Everytime your mind wanders use those kinesetic sensations to bring you present.

If you do this enough and on a constant basis the process begins to become a habit and the benefits are enormous. Soon you will be able to hold your attention for longer and longer in the present and what will open up for you is amazing.

Meditation for the western mind – the ultimate de-stressing tool

You do not have to sit cross legged under a tree and isolate your self from life to be able to still the mind and create a sense of peace within. In doing this your life becomes creative and stable, things flow like magic in all areas of your life.

What is meditation?

For our western culture meditation it is a method that releases the constant over thinking and analysing that goes on all day every day. It harmonises the physical body because the mind becomes still or quieter, this stillness or silence is then able to move into the body. Once in the body it creates a sense of relaxation and clarity and more positive chemicals are released in the body. This automatically gives you a sense of well being that sets a healing process in motion for many stubborn illnesses and diseases.

The western minds preoccupation with over thinking becomes a constant stress to the body as it responds to the millions of thoughts that go on in our head all day. This constant thinking and analysing sets up a flight and fight response in the body with an accumulation of tension and anxiety that can reach chronic levels. The tension and anxiety create a lot of blockages in the body, sleep becomes difficult and the  body feels tired and exhausted. This is because the adrenaline is high in the body from the stress of over thinking, however the moment you sit still even for a 2-3 minutes this negative cycle of fight or flight stops.

How do I learn to meditate?

It is so easy to do this, the only resistance will be the mind.

Meditation is broken down into two distinct levels, active and passive. The passive form is the most common where you sit in a comfortable place and close your eyes and focus firstly on your breath while feeling the posture and any sound around you.

Keep bringing your focus back to the breath or the sound everytime the mind begins to wander to a thought. At first this will seem challenging but in a very short time you will be able to hold a focus on the sound for a period of time without interruption or thought. Then you will feel the relaxation come into your physical body and  a sense of harmony and peace.

It becomes refreshing and enjoyable to sit and do this process. Once you have mastered the basics we can move onto other levels. In the next blog I will talk about this and the active form of meditation so that you can create this inner silence and peace any time and any where.

This will enhance your work, your relationships your health and even your prosperity.

How economics drives sickness not wellness

Medicine is built upon economics and has no preventative model.

The Conventional doctor-medicine uses a system to treat a condition but does not have a solution for preventing it. Also the treatment itself is often invasive and drug-based whcih may deal with a condition but not disolve the cause, and such procedures create many side effects including a weakening of the immune system.

How is it that centuries of folk medicine passed on from generation-to-generation can be ignored and lost for the sake and control of a multi-national system.

Fundamentally the human system and its physiology and chemistry are unchanged from centuries ago. We are an organic organism and we need specific vitality in order to function and avert sickness and disease. In conventional medicine disease is something that has to be attacked after it manifests rather than providing genuine education and preventative action before something does manifest.

It is obvious that the motivation in any business is to make money but can we really agree with a business that actually makes money out of sickness when the emphasise should be wellness.

In other cultures especially eastern tradition the practitioner only gets paid when the patient is well and receives nothing when they fall into sickness. The model the westerrn world uses is based on ‘more sickness equals more profit’, and so there is no incentive to get people well because there is no profit in it.

What people need to do is to begin to educate themselves on preventative health and to use a professional who is paid to keep them well and motivated.  Realising the value of our energy and happiness are prime factors in the equation of being well.

Spiritual Ingredient missing with world economic upheavel

The current trend in the economic worldly situation reminds me of how the law of cause and affect operates.

Cause and affect is the process of what the mystics or eastern philosophers call karma or how what we put out always comes back to us.

Science does not like the analogy of karma or that energy comes back to us because it cannot explain it.

However the current world’s situation appears to be a good example of karma for those in power who follow the greed trail are now reaping what they have sown. Leaders in the troubled countries are falling and the countries they ran are also falling as a consequence of those leaders actions. This highlights how even the normal population has to wake up and be responsible for what decisions are made. The dumbing down of a society has for too long played in to the hands of those in power.

Many economic experts have no idea what the solution is to the global economic problem because they are part of the problem.

There are two key factors missing from the equation.

Firstly when banks only lend credit backed by no store of value it devalues everyones labour and real currency. We have to keep working longer and harder to pay for the devaluation in our currency because banks keep lending CREDIT. They just pluck it out of the air through the stroke on a computer terminal with no risk or equal consideration. Basically its a licence to print their own money, however they get paid with real currency from us through our labour, what a great slight of hand.

Secondly the main ingredient missing in the equation is there is no spiritual foundation or direction in the population coming from leaders.

The process of a spiritual path has nothing to do with religion, the church or any other form of fear based belief, but primarily from insight and  a connection to something far greater. This is the process of intuitive insight which is available beyond the conventional minded thinking process that humans are so addicted to. Intutive insight is accessed through stillness and silence and automatically provides solutions to any problem when applied by an individual, family, group, society or country.

However in order for this to happen the current madness has to be removed and dissolved and replaced with a system that feeds the spirit and the creative aspect of society. Where money and economic slavery, controlled by a few, is transcended by a society that understands the law of cause and affect and what we put out comes back to us, there are tremendous changes and positive outcomes.

Intutive insight provides a clear method of understanding where you know that if you steal something, hurt another intentionally, sit in negativity or aggressive behaviour that that energy will come back to you and so the desire to do this will be absent. It is like placing your hand in a hot fire you know you will get burnt, the same applies to karma, its just not instant.

So question your current methods in business and the debts you create through a system that does not support you physically or spiritually. Question those in charge and begin to hold them accountable like banks and politicians and begin to follow the intuitive aspect and practice periods of stillness and silence so that another positive force can enter and guide you.

What is the intuitive science of kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a unique and powerful technique anyone can learn and use for a multitude of tasks especially related to health and intuitive insight.

What is intutive insight?  It is when the head gets out of the way and the person has access to a clear knowing or strong sense connection that confirms the right direction of a decision or action.

Kinesiology is essentially a chiropractic modality used initially by chiropractors to access hidden information held in the subconscious. By using the muscle system of the body like the arm as an indicator tester we can get lots of true responses from the body not associated with the programming of the mind and sabotage. You bypass the analytical and go straight to the intuitive.

The mind often has a conditioned response to life but by accessing a deeper aspect of the body with muscle testing (kinesiology) we get a great deal more accurate information.

It is as simple as taking the arm in an outstretched position and asking the person to hold firmly. Then you ask the body a question and apply gentle but firm pressure to the arm. The muscle will unlock if the questions asked has any relevance or stay firm if it has no relevance.

The exercise is not a test of strength as anyone can force down the arm if enough pressure is applied, it is a test of senstivity and as the body co-operates it will respond with yes and no answers very quickly. Basically you are using the muscle as an indicator and when it unlocks the subconscious is wanting to communicate with you for the benefit of the person being tested. The muscle unlocks because the polarity of the muscle releases when  an accurate test process is performed.

You can gain a great deal of hidden insight about a person’s health and wellbeing using this fantastic tool. The beauty of the process is it is impossible to get false readings or for the tester to mislead the one being tested because the body will not allow any deceptive action that would place the person being tested in a vulnerable or compromised position.

I am able to locate any hidden health issue in moments with this technique and it is a great tool for assessing a situation when your not sure what steps, action or direction to take. Kinesiology is practiced by many different people from chiropractors and natural therapists through to lay people and children. It is very easy to learn and use.
